This recipe is a Sharon Hunter special!
Ingredients:
Originally CADA - Coconut, Almond, Dates & Apple, but we prefer cashews instead of almonds as they are softer and little easier for the kids to handle.

8 dates (organic pitted best)
1 large or 2 small apples core removed, red or green (organic preferable)

Place all ingredients in a mixer and pulse until you get the consistency you desire.
We have a Thermomix and I do about 4 turbo blasts.
Play with amounts and different nuts and seeds, even dried figs work well.

We live in a society where the ‘quick’ reins supreme. Fast food, same day delivery, fast weight loss, quick pain relief and the list goes on and on, but what is this really doing to us? How is this serving us? Yes we are getting our fat free, low cal, no carb/high carb orange decaf mocha frappuccino in record times where even Usain Bolt starts to worry, but it starts to put unrealistic expectations on the reality of our situations especially towards our health.
Most people are looking for that one thing at that one time to “cure” them of everything that they have going one and it simply doesn’t work like that. Dr. John Demartini said “Those looking for the magic bullet often get shot” and this reins true to our health where we spend the time and money to fix something but in reality we are just masking the symptoms and letting the underlying problem continue to fester.
One of the core principals in Chiropractic stated in Ralph W. Stephenson’s book the Chiropractic Textbook is The Principal of Time where it states, “there is no process that does not require time” and this applies to everything. Lets look at learning. Can we really expect to learn a new thing instantly? Do you remember how long it took you to walk? How long it took you to write? How long it took you to talk to "that girl/boy you liked"? I'm sure some of us are still learning some of these. How can our health be any different? We were born with the potential of true health and we are the ones that over time that have compromised that potential. Do you have 5,10, 20 or even 50 years of poor health choices? Did those poor choices affect the way your nervous system works? How has your body coped with those choices? Can you expect your body to magically get back to that point of optimal health? It's going to take some time, commitment and patience on your part.

DUNSTAN BABY LANGUAGE is a remarkable guide and tool to help parents understand the universal language of their newborn. All babies are born with an innate intelligence to understand and communicate their needs.
All newborn babies produce 5 distinct pre-cry sounds that signal their 5 most important needs. This system will teach you to identify the various sounds your baby is communicating so you know precisely what your baby needs. The degree that parents tune-in to their babies communication and respond to their unique needs will determine the ease and joy they experience through this amazing time in life.

We constantly make comparisons in our lives, we compare to old version of ourselves, other people, co-workers and more. Strangely we usually do this in an unfair way, comparing the best of someone else with the worst of ourselves. Instead embrace all parts of yourself, balance these lopsided comparisons by observing where you have the others strengths and where they have your weaknesses. When you realise that there is nothing missing, everything is there just in different forms, you can embrace your unique GENIUS and reach your full potential.
