If your interested in developing the skills & agility to run barefoot amongst a group of like-minded people - our club is perfect for you! We complete various barefoot drills & exercises before we head for a lighthearted & social run towards Mooloolaba. We cater for all levels of fitness & familiarity with barefoot running.
NO SHOES ALLOWED! Just kidding... it's ok although we will absolutely be encouraging you to take it on and make the transition.
